I really like that she respects my personal individuality. Over the course of several cuts she helped me find the style that is right for me, always building on what was done previously... I regularly receive compliments for my haircuts, especially from other stylists. Finally, she is kind and friendly. I'm an introvert. Previous to finding Nicole I used to sit in the chair quietly and wait to be done so I could get out of there. I'd dread the "small" talk. I have never felt that way with Nicole."

Even when I went back for a top coat, she made sure the color was exactly what I wanted and explained the fading process to me.
