Cancellation Policy
Each appointment scheduled, guest will receive a e-mail and/or text message that is sent as a reminder up to 24-48 hours in advance. If guest needs to cancel or reschedule any appointment, and does not give a proper 24-48 hour notice, a minimum cancellation fee of 75% of the quoted service price will be charged.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, re scheduling may be required.

What do I do if I'm unhappy?
I pride myself in my work, and will always ensure my guests are satisfied. But I understand services don't always go as planned, and desired results can be miscommunicated. I ask that each guest that may need adjustments reach out within 72 hours of the original service date. And I will be happy to make any minor adjustments free of charge. While I do everything in my power to accomodate each of my guests, no refunds will be issued.

All services will be held with a major credit card.
